Birth photography included with full gallery. In addition in home newborn photoshoot included
Postpartum home visit (up to 4 hours)
Postpartum hours can be used for light cleaning, laundry, meal prep, baby care - you choose

This package is created with active mamas in mind, a blend of prenatal and postpartum fitness as well as movement and support through birth
Initial 30min prenatal personal training session to learn the foundations of training through pregnancy
Monthly written prenatal programming, custom to fit your routine and personal training needs - including a monthly checkin to discuss modifications, movement and any questions you have
2 prenatal sessions to discuss mental, physical and emotional prep for birth as well as childbirth education and guidance forming your desired birth plan and learning physiological birth
